just got out of small claims court with Philipp pfaffli,my trike got stolen from HIS shop,he claims no responsibility,he LIED on the stand,at least three times,he won the case on a technicality,I was sueing the wrong party.I guess i've learned a valuable lesson,u can lie under oath and still win,even though he won...he is still a LOSER!!
I bought the wrong e-bike at another place. Phil was able to help me with his huge selection of bikes to find the ride that is perfect for me. He offered to sell my old bike for me though I did not ask for it. Phil cares for his customers. Can only recommend the shop!
Phil has great customer service and has helped me every time I have needed assistance with a bicycle issue, of course this is on a somewhat high end pedelec or electric bicycle I bought from him. This includes even coming to get me when an issue developed at some distance. I did have an issue with the motor and he saw to it being replaced under warranty.
