One of the worst book store been calling them all day yesterday and they not once picked up been calling them since the morning till 2pm so i can get a book but i was calling to make sure they had it i dont want to drive 30 min and them not have it and i called them on my way there and still no answer when i got there not ONE person in the book store and employees in office sitting down on the computer and i told them the phone dont work and all they told me was they was busy all day.... Really ALL day but when i got there not one person from now on ima but them books online..

Pre-Ordered a book and cannot find receipt. Won't call me back, give me my book, or refund my money. Needs a better way to store Pre-Orders- its not fair to make a student pay twice for books. I will NOT let this die.
