Enjoy!

Love this place staff is awesome. Read other reviews. People need to keep in mind the place isn't finished be thankful we have a place to ride. Can't wait til they finish

We decided to visit FTT because of the other reviews and the number of tracks there. We strictly ride MX bike, no ATVs. There are a bunch of user videos on YouTube and you cannot tell the actual conditions of the tracks when they ride. Also, the pro track was open the weekend we went, which was another big drawl to make the 2-hour drive from Tampa.

A great place to get out and do some dirt trail ridding or track ridding. Lots of trails and several different levels of track to try out. It also haze a nice little beach, campground and paintball range.

First, I want to say that the staff there is amazing. They were super helpful in check in and throughout the day. They are attentive and are always making sure that the facility is a safe environment.

Bar gas station tans lately they add a drag strip for truck and bike!

I normally don’t do reviews, positive or negative, but due the amount of time we invested in our visit to FTT, I wanted other people who were considering visiting this place to know our thoughts, maybe it would help you make an informed decision.

Track conditions: They should really call this place Florida Tracks and Sand. That is all these tracks are, 100% sand. It’s kind of like Crooms with jumps! While they do try to keep them wet with trucks, after so many riders get on the track, the sand gets super loose. The trails were not as bad as the tracks, but still VERY sandy. Ruts were deep and every corner was hard to navigate. We are not A or B style riders, just weekend warriors. We like to have fun, use it as some Male bonding time and get a little air here and there.

Took my son to FTT for his 16th birthday (11/11/17) and I have to admit, we were really disappointed in the tracks. Not necessarily the track layouts, but the conditions of the track. More on that later.

Camped here overnight Labor Day weekend. Eddie was a huge help when we got here later than normal. Overall incredibly friendly staff. My fiancé got his side by side stuck and they were super quick to offer a helping hand. They now have bathrooms inside the registration building so no more need for porta pottys! Can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality during our stay! Be back soon!

The concept behind FTT is amazing, I give them 5/5 stars for that, but the execution leaves it undesirable and not worth the drive from Tampa. I do love the open riding format vs. timed classes. Also, there are other dirt tracks (TampaMX, Dade City and Ocala) that are much better in the track materials department and much closer to Tampa. Ocala Hard rock is probably our favorite due to the dirt base, open riding format and the multiple track levels.

3 amazing track easy, medium , and pro track! One for the kids and one for ATV and side by side! Great trials and the lake is really refreshing after a ride!

Amazing place for everyone! Beginner , mid level ,and pro!

If you looking to spend an amazing day with your bike this is the right place!

Other facilities: One area that I thought was amazing was the Tiki bar and beach area. It’s a great place to relax, grab a drink (Gatorade, soda, beer, mixed drinks). They don’t allow outside alcohol, but you can buy it at the Tiki Bar. My younger boys had a blast playing on the beach and I enjoyed watching them as I was not going to ride on the track after my first 2 runs on the beginner and amateur track.

All in all, unless they get some dirt down on the tracks, I don’t think we will come back. If you prefer to ride in sandy conditions, then there is NO BETTER place than FTT for you and it would be well worth the drive from anywhere. My son had a blast for his 16th birthday, and really, that was the most important part of the day. I would have given FTT 1 star, but because he had a blast, I added 1 star.

The security and the people are very friendly!
