After having 3 dogs in my car to evacuate from Hurricane Irma I was left with plenty of Dog hair in my car. Today I finally had the opportunity to get my car cleaned. However, I was rudely turned away by apparently the Owners Brother because, "He couldn't clean this, it would take an hour, I can't do this.." Mind you his hands were being thrown in the air. Before this and without even saying a simple "hello" he asked if I knew the keycode to my car...Are you planning on locking the keys in? Most importantly...are you not a car wash? Be professional and do your job.
Spent $25 plus tip, got dirty wheels and watermarks on the grill. Went back to have the wheels wiped again, and needed to complain a third time before someone came to do the job correctly. They wouldn't wipe the grill, saying to try another shop and see how poorly of a job they do. $30 bucks and a crappy attitude. I won't be back!
I didnt know only clean cars allowed. Bring my car in and pay extra for nice cleaning and they barely touched the interior. When I say something I get attitude back which made things worse. If you want long wait and mediocre service Go for it!!!
More like touch of ass now if you buy the most exspensive car wash (gold package) they want to charge you another $6 if you have bugs on the front of your vehicle we had 3 then 5 dollars a matt to hose off ruber matts not shampoo and wash and if you dont pay for the bugs you cant fet tour Car washed. Been going here every week for 1.5yrs and never had these extra charges then the employee lied and said he's the owner and that this is alwayz hiw it's been. Well I'll be detailing it myself from now on they never vacuum properly anywayz and usually have to have them go back over there work
I have just brought my vehicle for wash and wax. when they told me it was ready I looked at my car ít wasn't completely wiped off from bugs which I paid esta 5 dollars for it I didn't say anything I grabbed the towel and finished cleaning myself and the workers started asking if I was on their payroll . no good mannors and they should did their job right
