I was in Tuscaloosa, AL when my car started having issues. I originally took it to the Honda dealership who gave me the run-around. I called Greg and he found a mechanic for me that took care of my car and did a great job.
These people were absolutely wonderful they were able to help me even though I did not end up using them. Customer service is 5 plus stars.
Greg had a poor attitude and was just very short with me. It was the end of the day and I understand he probably was ready to be home but you shouldn’t talk to your customers like that!
