This facility has been "AWESOME" to me and my family! I don't usually do reviews but here we go! Yesterday, my son who has Autism had his behavior tech cancel on us at the last minute. My son is an elopement risk....anyway the staff at Charlotte Behavior was wonderful and caring, they understood my struggle as a parent to get him to the facility without help. Here's what they did....Dr. Alsaman came to my car and completed the visit. His nurses assisted me in every way possible, they were understanding and kind! I've had so many positive life changing experiences at this facility. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

The front desk ladies are nice and do a good job,the quality of care is horrible,most of the nurse practitioners are useless and unprofessional, if you go here demand to be seen by a real Psychiatrist.
They are terrible. They won't prescribe anything helpful in fact they don't listen at all. I believe they were trying to kil me. Suicide attempts, panic disorder, extreme anxiety, and insomnia. I also have bipolar disorder and they refuse to listen to you. They actually lie to you about the medications that they prescribe. Please go anywhere else it's not worth it to go through what I went through.
The staff in building B of the MHC program have helped me change my life for the better. I owe everything I have to them for helping me these past 18 months. They've stood up for me in court and spent lots of extra time on me. They do this with each of us, and it really makes me wonder how they have the time to get it all done.. I think they're all wonderful counselors. Glenda and Dave have put in the most time on me case, and i can honestly say i wouldn't be here today without them. I'd also like to mention case workers Jim and Beth for being so dedicated. I recommend seeking help at this facility to anyone who needs it.
Outstanding place for addiction. Every staff member we met and got to know over four stays (Parents of 35 yr old son ) went far beyond their job description, to help our son. He is finally learning ways to control his troubles.
