If i could give them a 0 star rating i would..i took my wedding dress in just to make sure it was spotless and nice and pressed before my wedding which was a month after i took my dress to them. My dress was ivory , brand new , never worn...when i got it back from them it was bleach white , had holes two inches wide , rips and all the beading i had on it was almost all gone..when i went into confront them they refused any responsibility and said it was like that when i brought it in. Refused to give me any refund for even the dry cleaning. I was beyond upset.. My seamstress had pictures of the dress just days before i took it in and then she took pictures after the fact..WOULDNT TRUST THEM. Owner cussed my now husband out and all but one employee was rude.
Lived here all my life, 7th generation born and raised, I'm appauled this place is here in this town. Owner was rude, took 4 suits to him, all came back smelling like cat urine, refused to admit it was him even though I've never owned a cat due to being allergic! I was excited for a non harsh chemical clean, what I got was a harsh urine rinse. Never use this company.
Been using them for years, never had a problem. Good to know I'm not being exposed to harsh chemicles when I get my dry cleaning done.
Tom cussed me out over the phone, told us we were the fault with his system. Never use this dry cleaner. All but one employee was rude, old woman in there admitted the dress was fine when it came in, then after the imbicile tom talked, she recanted her statement. Tom shouldn't have a business after ruining my wife's wedding dress. Cost us hundreds of dollars later to repair the dress, that's all we asked for was dress repair. Never take anything here. Chickens running around with their heads off all over the complex.
I had been looking to find a laundry service that was health conscious and so I was excited when I came across the Greener Cleaner as I am sensitive to chemicals. I sent some dresses and shirts through their delivery service and was excited to get them back. (The delivery man was quite friendly!) Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed in their cleaning service. Of the 9 items I sent, 6 of them smelled either musty or like old sweat - I am honestly not sure if any of the items were even cleaned. $85 later I am unfortunately left with the same dirty clothes I had begun with and the search for a green cleaning service continues. I would never use this service again and had I checked yelp before I did I wouldn't have used it in the first place as it appears this company has many problems to work through. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience so others don't have to deal with the same thing.
