Can you do zero or negative? Would be negative 100. Made reservation online, Waterfront suite. Should have know would be issue, arrive 10 minutes early, they say come back later. Only 10 minutes? Others always let you in that early or at least check. No one checked, just said come back. Now, here we go. Get room on 5th floor. Take disgusting dirty elevator up. Get off, extremely hot. Look to left, big rusty hole where I guess in some day/year there was an AC unit. Hallway very hot. Walk down towards room, room is on parking lot side not Waterfront that I paid for. Got to door, door off hinges, dirty, not closed. Push open, room was large area of water on floor, windows disgusting all fogged up with steam and filthy. Immediately went downstairs and demanded card not charged not to be able to find a room anywhere. I recommend NEVER go there.
Love HURRICANE CHARLEYS! The atmosphere is terrific, staff is super friendly. Coconut shrimp and fish tacos are super delicious!! Chicken scampi was to bland, people we were with ordered it and that's what they said I personally did not taste it.
We paid for a waterfront room. We didn't get it. When we inquired, they said they were sold out and our room was just as good. The band at the restaurant can be heard from our room. I'm talking bed vibrating loud. It bothered us when trying to sleep. The bed is okay, but the shower is disgusting.
Stayed here for Columbus Day weekend and we encountered a problem with the room that we booked.. did not get a suite and they never refunded us back our money. We then get to our room which was not the suite that we paid for and all of our blinds were broken and there was no way of fixing that. Also after room service finished cleaning our room they did not close our door and left it opened for the day while we were out and thankfully nothing was taken but they should have closed the door after they were done. Our sheets were dirty and not changed after the second night and the tv was cracked down the middle. The only good thing about this hotel is that there is a nice restaurant attached with live music and food and drinks that we enjoyed very much!
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. Employees were very courteous. Would definitely return when we were in the area. The police was right. Overlooks the bay.
