Food and quality of service are extremely inconsistent. Makes me want to order from a bigger chain because even if the food is generally worse at one of those franchises, I will at least know what I am paying for. I can get a badass pizza one night and then get a raw calzone with burnt edges the next. Sometimes the sausage is good, sometimes it tastes like dishwater.
Super friendly staff. Feels like you're at the diner table in your house. Highly recommend
