These guys have there act together and are very professional! Extra Space truly made a bad situation turn out to be a pleasant experience. We were traveling in our 36' Motor home and I had made arrangements in advance with another locally owned storage place to store my RV for a month while we were in the area. I had spoken to them 3 times over the last two weeks. When we got there on Saturday, they were closed. It was 2:20 pm and they closed at 2. They knew we were coming in on Saturday but no mention in our 3 conversations that they closed this early on Saturday. I called there number and got no answer. After waiting around for 20 min for a call back, I decided to try and get someone else if I could. My First call was to Extra Space Storage. They were open and had space available for my RV and through out the whole process were pleasant, courteous and very professional. Doug was a pleasure to deal with! I ended up very pleased that the first placed left me high an dry. Extra Space made this work out great!
I have had a 5x10 storage unit here for three years. My first payment was $55. Over the years it was raised to $94!!!! I looked on the website and to reserve online the same unit was $68 and to go in store to get the unit was $86. I was still paying more. Being a loyal customer for over three years you'll think they'd keep my rate what it was or the same price they offer everyone else. Also, I had my unit cleaned out by my mother because I live out of state. I have been calling for 45 minutes to ask if I can get my unit prorated and to let them know I've moved out and I cannot reach anyone. For the people who work there, they're great. Very helpful when I was there. And my mom said they were very friendly and helpful with her when she went there to clean out the storage.

I needed a place for my bike during the hurricane, and they found me a great spot at a great price. My bike stayed dry and safe. Very happy.
