I bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander from them a year ago. the first week we had it we took it back to get the window actuator replaced since the window would go down and not up. 2 weeks out of the 3 month warranty we had to pay $1700 to fix our drive shaft, motor mounts, and a joint. We called hoping they would help pay for some of the repairs, and they refused. our mechanic shop guaranteed the work for a year and low and behold the same repair needs to be made again. Our mechanic repaired it for free honoring his guarantee, but can not do it again because he discovered it will more than likely happen again after discovering the frame is bent. When we purchased Our vehicle they showed us a car fax with no accidents and some maintenance repairs, however we have discovered after pulling our own CARFAX they owed the vehicle for 10,000 and made and reported their own repairs to car fax. The reported repairs were to the windows and extensive replacement of the ac systems and they failed to inform us of all the repairs they made themselves. They lure you in with a good price and shaft you in the end. I would not recommend buy a vehicle from here. Stay away!
Good prices frendly nice cars and trucks
Had a great experience! Nice selection to choose from at all 3 lots. From what I saw most were 1 owner, nice clean vehicles. ASHTON helped me before and after the sale with excellent customer service! RICH made efforts to get us good financing and wrapped up the paperwork in lightning speed. Got there at 6:15 pm on Wed and I would say, we did not necessarily intend to drive our sweet ride home that late at night...but with the swift service.. we did! + 3mo/3000 mile free warranty, 4 free oil changes, oh, they told me to come back in a few days so they could wash/detail one last time AND a bonus free book written by Gene Gorman :) What else is nice? The salespeople spoke highly of their employers and seemed genuine themselves. Will recommend and check with them next time we need a "new to us" vehicle.
The first car i bought, the transmission was slipping on the way home. The next day I brought it back and they said it was fine when they drove it. I wanted a better car so I picked one out ,and they wouldn't budge on the price. I bought it anyway and the ac actuator was broke. Maybe he should give em away.
