I worked with Reggie Abraham for our new Toyota RAV 4 and our experience could not have been better! There was a great range of products to choose from. Reggie was knowledgeable about the appointments I wanted on the car, so selection was easy. I found all of the Gettel Toyota staff pleasant and courteous.
The experience we had at Gettel Toyota was Awesome. We drove up there was someone asking how they can direct us and did not pressure us. The salesman Josh/Bridgett/Ian were all good answered all questions and got us what we needed. Also we were so taken back when the manager Brady came out and talked to us about prices to us and not behind closed doors. I would recommend Gettel Toyota to anyone. Thank you for a Great experience because buying a car is not real fun but you made it comfortable.

Alan was amazing and so was the finance department! They made buying a car quick and easy! They also were very attentive to my family, especially my little 9 week old little girl! The entire time I never felt rushed or pushed into anything.. It was a very enjoyable experience!
Very happy with our sales associate. Birgit Moenkemoeller was very helpful and patient. Good follow-up from her as well. Had worked with the internet sales folks prior to visiting the dealership. Also found them to be very professional and helpful. Other staff, sales/finance folks were helpful and professional. In the end my wife and I were happy with the results. Only negative is that it’s still a negotiation process that is stressful at best.
