If you book your Enterprise rental through USAA and have USAA Auto Insurance, DO NOT allow anyone to convince you that "no insurance company covers you when it comes to the loss damage waiver". This is an attempt to charge you more than is necessary!!
On a positive note, I can say that the gentleman working in the Return area was just that, a gentleman. He was quite friendly, professional, and polite.
I showed up an hour before the rental place opened. The manager was very kind and was able to get me a vehicle on the spot so I didn't have to wait. I would definitely rent another vehicle from this company!
Unfortunately, when I explained that Lisa was providing false information to customers, Jenny shrugged and said "Well, 99.9% of insurance companies don't cover that, so we are trained to say all". She also seemed unconcerned about her employee's attitude, rude remarks, or disrespectful treatment of a customer.
Had a great experience with staff members!!! Vehicle was very efficient and comfortable.
According to USAA's Claim Department, Enterprise's contract with USAA specifically states that the Loss Damage Fee is waived for USAA members with USAA Auto Coverage when the rental is booked through USAA.

I try to keep reviews fair, and as positive as possible. However, when I attempted to explain the above to Lisa, she was extremely rude and condescending (she knows everything about EVERY insurance company because she "worked for State Farm") ... To such a degree that I requested a supervisor and Jenny joined us.
The overall rental experience was great at Punta Gorda airport. Service was fast despite the long line. The downside was the vehicle, the front tire was bald and threads were showing, it also needed an alignment.
Getting car went very whicker because one of your employees took us out of line and helped us use the kosik. When returning the car the area was completely full but again that same gentleman did a quick look around so we were able to get inside airport quickly. I wish I knew the man's name ((he is an Afro-American about 5'9", no glasses, thin build, late 20's early 30's).
