I had a great experience at Budget Punta Gorda. The clerk was very friendly, even recommending places to visit. The car rental was fast and efficient, our clerk was not overly pushy with the extra insurance. In fact, all the employees behind the counter seemed to get along well and seem to treat the customers well.
Service was excellent and quick. Reserved online, used a discount code, and prepaid. Check-in took only minutes and returning the car was simple and easy. Location of the check-in desk is a 2 min walk from picking up your bags.
The people at Budget in Punta Gorda, Florida are a pleasure to work with. The Budget office makes it easy to pick up a car and to return a car.
