Excellent experience overall. No buses/trams to rental car facilities miles away. Walked right in from baggage claim and grabbed the keys. Cars were right there and away we went. Rented the new Ford Explorer and loved it. Will consider purchasing one after this experience.

Tire pressure was 5lbs low on all 4 tires but once that problem was corrected, rest of the trip was flawless. Be sure they check tire pressure before you leave the rental car pick up area.
Quick efficient and friendly. No emerald aisle, but they will upgrade for free if you are a emerald member (you can reserve in advance via email)
Luxury car was as smooth and easy to drive, and economical as any car I've ever used. We did about 850 miles in two days so comfort was very important.
Only small problem was we found 3 candy bar wrappers & a sticky door handle when we got into the car there. It possibly was rushed through cleanup!
